Minutes of Meeting Date - 01-Jul-2025
Partial SCADA material procurement by the firm and balance material and instruments are pending. Only plc panel are installed at site. No one site is integrated by SCADA. Firm expected date of completion for SCADA integration of intake/WTP till 15.08.2025 & expected date of completion for SCADA integration of CWrs & OHTs till 30.08.2025 as per confirmation of state head BGCC.

Procurement of material and instruments are still pending since last 04 weeks of given assurances ,presently only purchase order has been recieved. on 22nd of july,by which as confirmation of Md bgcc expected date of completion for SCADA integration of intake/wtp/Cwrs along with all Ohts will be 30.09.2025.

Last date for completion of SCADA automation with integration and data verification which was 30.09.2025 as given by MD BGCC has been already lapsed. Still supply of main SCADA material is pending along with RTUs room. MD BGCC again assured to complete it overall with SCADA integration within 02 months, presently no microplan have been submitted regarding such assurances after several reminders.
