Instead, they appear to be either straight or bent at a lesser angle. 4. The bottom cover provided is only 25mm instead of the required 50mm as per structural specifications. Additionally, bricks are being used as cover blocks, which is an unacceptable practice. 5. During inspection, it was observed that the steel reinforcement in the raft foundation is not maintained at a uniform level, which is not as per structural and construction standards. This level variation can lead to improper concrete cover, misalignment. Rectification Status- Rectified 1. Rectified(Photo related to anti rust provided by TKC 2. Rectified by Finishing. 3. Bar Bent at 135 degree after instruction. 4. Cover changed after instruction. 5. Unformity of raft is maintained during casting of raft by Concrete.
